The Department of Education has a state-wide Foundation (Prep) enrolment timeline.
The timeline advises families when and how to enrol their child into Foundation (Prep) at a Victorian government primary school, including Canterbury Primary School.

Enrolment packs for Canterbury Primary School can be collected from the front office at the commencement of Term 2 2024, and enrolment forms must be completed and returned by Friday 26th July 2024.

This year our school is using an online system for new enrolments to Victorian government schools called VicStudents.
VicStudents is available for students who are enrolling in a Victorian Government School for the first time. This includes Foundation (Prep) enrolments for 2025.
VicStudents has been assessed by the Department of Education to a high degree of security in line with the?Victorian Protective Data Security Standards and is compliant with ISO 27001, the leading international standard for information security.

Visit VicStudents to create an account and complete the online application form. Please ensure that all documents required are attached to the application.
School tours for families of children commencing in 2025 will be conducted in Term 2, 2024.
We will take bookings for 2025 tours after the 18th March 2024. Please note that we are not holding tours for 2026 enrolments at this time.
