School Council President’s Welcome
We all have ideals and expectations that we seek in a school. I have a son at CPS, and I know we certainly took care with our decision on the type of environment we wanted him to be educated and grow inside. To me CPS fosters cooperative and caring learning, where we work to create a tailored learning journey for each child. We aim to grow “graduates” who are authentic, grateful, risk takers, resilient and able to rise to the challenges they will meet in life.
As a supportive school community we seek collegiality and inclusion where families seamlessly integrate into our school enriching our collective culture. We aim to thread our values of respect, responsibility, integrity and resilience through our school so they are alive and provide real benchmarks for our children.
Our doors are open to the community and we welcome visitors, new families, education partners and Canterbury residents to enrich our school experience. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
